Tim De Somere built Akordans from the ground up — product, engineering, legal framework, and go-to-market. His background spans law, technology, and cross-border commerce, with experience operating across EU jurisdictions.
Based in Barcelona, Tim identified a critical gap: the EU’s 25 million SMEs lack affordable access to quality dispute resolution and contract services across borders. Akordans was built to fix that — combining AI precision with human oversight and full EU regulatory compliance.
